缺少VS2015不自带Windows 8.1 SDK ,需要自行下载安装，（类似问题链接），8.1SDK可直接从Windows官网下载

“No CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER could be found”
解决2
VS缺少C++编译环境，可直接从VS内下载，安装时候可以顺路安装错误1的 8.1 SDK
