以下是TIM4 使用ec11 ,很灵敏很正常

但是简单的复制粘贴并不能操作多个编码器
经调查发现TIM2,3,4,5 才是通用计时器

发现TIM4之所以可用是因为pin脚的定义,
找到TIM3对应PA6 PA7 ,实验成功, 可操作多个编码器
